Recognising excellence in periodontal care, prevention, education, innovation and professional contribution. Assessment focuses on verifiable professional contribution, evidence quality, responsible communication, ethical conduct and meaningful value delivered during the award period.
Registered dentist with recognised postgraduate training or documented specialist standing in periodontics, subject to local rules. Evidence requirements: - Verifiable identity and professional role. - Registration, qualification or specialist standing where the nominated role is regulated. - A category-specific statement describing work relevant to 2026. - At least three supporting links or equivalent reviewable evidence where reasonably available. - Disclosure of employment, sponsorship, ownership, commercial relationships and material AI use. - Lawful patient consent and de-identification for any clinical or patient material. Entries may be rejected for unverifiable credentials, plagiarism, fabricated metrics, unsafe claims, undisclosed conflicts, privacy breaches, vote manipulation or conduct materially inconsistent with professional standards. Meeting eligibility does not guarantee shortlisting.
