What a plan never buys
- The verified badge. It is a check of professional registration, and it cannot be paid for.
- A higher place in the ranked lists. They are ordered by published work and public ratings, and they say so.
- A number of patients, enquiries or reviews. We report what was measured.
- An editorial review or a recommendation. The magazine stays independent.
Questions clinics ask
How do I claim my clinic?+
Find it in the clinic directory and press “Claim this profile” on its page. We check that you can speak for the practice before the page becomes yours.
Will a plan get us more patients?+
We do not promise patients. A plan buys a labelled placement and the measurements around it — views, contact clicks and enquiries — so you can judge for yourself.
Does paying change our ranking or make us verified?+
No. The ranked lists say what they rank by, and money is not on the list. Verification is a separate check of registration.
What happens to enquiries?+
Every enquiry names your clinic as its recipient before it is sent, and arrives in your inbox and by email. Personal details are removed automatically after a retention period; the counts stay.
