Questions
What exactly does Pro include?+
Every recording marked “Included in Pro”, for as long as your membership is active. New recordings join as their speakers and organisers clear them.
When does my access start?+
When the first payment succeeds. Saving a card or UPI mandate alone does not start a paid month.
How do I cancel?+
From your membership page, any time. Renewal stops and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What if a renewal payment fails?+
We tell you and retry. Access continues for 3 days of grace; after that it pauses until a payment succeeds.
Can I share my membership?+
No. One membership is for one person and one sign-in. Institutions that want access for a group can write to us.
Can I get a refund?+
DentalReach Pro — monthly: No refunds for part months; cancel any time to stop renewal. DentalReach Pro — annual: Refund on request within 14 days of the first charge.
