Dental professional with recognised public-health training, role or documented population oral-health responsibility. Evidence requirements: - Verifiable identity and professional role. - Registration, qualification or specialist standing where the nominated role is regulated. - A category-specific statement describing work relevant to 2026. - At least three supporting links or equivalent reviewable evidence where reasonably available. - Disclosure of employment, sponsorship, ownership, commercial relationships and material AI use. - Lawful patient consent and de-identification for any clinical or patient material. Entries may be rejected for unverifiable credentials, plagiarism, fabricated metrics, unsafe claims, undisclosed conflicts, privacy breaches, vote manipulation or conduct materially inconsistent with professional standards. Meeting eligibility does not guarantee shortlisting.
