DentalReach Digital Conference & Awards

The DentalReach Digital Conference & Awards (DRDCA) is DentalReach’s annual platform for clinical education, professional exchange, digital innovation and recognition across dentistry. The series brings together dentists, specialists, educators, researchers, students, dental teams, innovators, organisations and responsible industry partners.

The conference programme is developed to combine evidence-informed clinical learning with practical discussion about modern dental practice. Proposed areas may include restorative and aesthetic dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery, implant dentistry, preventive care, dental materials, digital dentistry, artificial intelligence, practice systems, patient communication, education and research. The final theme, venue, faculty, agenda, award components and participation formats are published only after confirmation.

Speaker, poster, case, workshop and panel proposals are assessed for scientific relevance, originality, learning value, evidence quality, clarity, ethical compliance and fit with the programme. Clinical material must protect patient identity and include appropriate permission. Applicants must disclose financial relationships, product affiliations and other potential conflicts. Unsubstantiated claims, covert promotion, plagiarism and fabricated evidence are not accepted.

Award or recognition activities, when announced for a specific edition, use published categories, eligibility conditions, evidence requirements, review criteria and timelines. Submission does not guarantee selection, nomination, speaking time, publication, certification or an award. Conflicts are managed through disclosure and recusal, and DentalReach may verify supporting information.

Sponsorship and exhibition participation are subject to separate approval and do not influence scientific review, editorial conclusions or award outcomes. Partners must follow applicable advertising, regulatory, data-protection and professional requirements.
