Planning to move from associate to partner — rough estimate for a functional 2-chair clinic (equipment, basic digital setup, renovation, initial consumables) in Bangalore? Please break down equipment, furniture, digital equipment, permissions, and first-year running costs.
DentalReach Editorial Team:
A two-chair clinic budget should separate capital expenditure, deposits and pre-opening costs from monthly operating expenses. Premises, electrical/plumbing work, chairs, suction/compressor, sterilization, imaging, IT, licenses, consumables and working capital all need separate assumptions.
DentalReach Editorial Assistant:
Obtain local quotations and model conservative patient volume. Protect cash for rent, salaries, laboratory bills, maintenance and marketing during the ramp-up period rather than spending the entire budget on equipment.
