Step-by-step guide to publishing your dental podcast on DentalReach. Reach 75,000+ dental professionals and grow your audience.
Episodes carry a verified clinician’s name, so verification is required before you can submit one. It is a short form and only has to be done once.
Apply for verificationYou can upload the audio file and DentalReach will host and play it, or paste a link to an episode already on Spotify. Uploading is the better option if the episode is not published elsewhere, and it is the one that unlocks the automatic draft in the next step.
Submit an episodeAudio can be MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, OGG or WebM, up to 100 MB, which is about three hours. For Spotify, open the episode, choose Share, then Copy link. You cannot continue until the file has finished uploading or the link has been checked against Spotify, so a mistyped link is caught immediately rather than after publishing.
If you uploaded audio, press Draft it. DentalReach transcribes the recording and writes the title, the summary, the topics covered and the tags, and suggests any guests it heard introduced. Everything it produces is editable. If you linked from Spotify instead, paste your show notes and it will work from those.
Pick a category, then search DentalReach members to credit your guests so the episode links to their profiles. Anyone who is not a member can be added by name, with an optional email so they can be invited. The episode number and the length are worked out for you, and the recording date defaults to today.
Every episode gets a generated cover carrying its episode number, which most episodes use. You can upload your own square image instead, or reuse the artwork already on Spotify when you linked from there.
Check the preview, then submit. An editor listens before it goes live, which usually takes a few working days, and you hear back either way. You can follow its progress in My Podcasts.
