Brief History about the National Dentist Day
So, a lot of you must be thinking that the National Dentist Day is celebrated on the 6th of March every year. So, why are we celebrating it today? This goes back to the year 2016, pretty recently it was decided that National Dentist Day must be celebrated on the Birthday of Dr. Rafiuddin Ahmed. Dr. Ahmed is the Father of Modern Dentistry in India, this year we are celebrating his 129th birthday, as a part of National Dentist Day celebrations. Ahmed's philosophy was: "Education is the responsibility of the State; but if no one is willing to carry the cross, I will, for as long as I can."What all WE (as Dentists) should do on National Dentist Day?
