Denovo’s Chairside Space Maintainer System:

Based on the original Unitek™ design, fabricate a pediatric space maintainer appliance all while chairside. With a little practice the procedure only takes 15 to 20 minutes and also only requires one patient visit. Just fit a band size (choose from 39 full and half band sizes and 28 Crown sizes) to the gap adjacent tooth, similarly size to the gap space by adjusting the wire length, crimp and cement. The kit does not include Cement but any glass ionomer will work.
