Simply pour equal amounts of developer and fixer into the Chemgon container. The liquid mixes with Chemgon’s special patented dry ingredient causing the sponge-like material to solidify and bind the silver. When full, simply throw the Chemgon container away with your normal trash.

EPA approved in all 50 states. However, California is the only state we are aware of that requires “small quantity generators” to obtain a hazardous waste treatment permit to treat silver-laden photo-processing waste. Alternative for California: Use DevAway and/or FixAway .

5 gallon capacity provides 10 drains of 2 quarts each when using either an ImageMax or a PeriPro film processor.
