DIRECTIONS:

Adults: Wash hands. Apply to the effected area (like upper and lower gums) using a cotton swab. Allow the gel to dissolve. Do not eat or drink for 20 minutes after application. Apply 3 times per day or as directed by your dental professional. In preparation for dental care, apply 3 times daily, beginning 3 days before and continuing 7 days.
