Women in Dentistry 2027

Delegate registration is open to dentists, dental specialists, hygienists, therapists, technicians, nurses, educators, researchers, students, practice leaders and other legitimate oral-health stakeholders worldwide.

Speaker or contributor applicants should:

• have relevant qualifications, experience or demonstrable subject expertise;

• submit an original, accurate proposal with clear learning outcomes;

• use evidence appropriate to the topic and distinguish evidence from opinion;

• disclose affiliations, funding, product relationships and conflicts of interest;

• obtain appropriate consent and fully de-identify patient information;

• comply with applicable professional, ethical, copyright and privacy requirements.

Acceptance is subject to programme fit, available capacity and review. Submission does not guarantee selection, publication, certification or speaking time.

1. Registration and participation are subject to capacity, identity checks and the event code of conduct.

2. Access credentials and meeting links are personal and must not be shared or resold.

3. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, unauthorised promotion and disruption are prohibited.

4. Speakers retain responsibility for the accuracy, permissions and legality of their material.

5. Patient identifiers must be removed; appropriate written consent is required for clinical images or case information.

6. Copyrighted material may be used only with permission or a valid legal basis and proper attribution.

7. Conflicts of interest, sponsorships and relevant financial relationships must be disclosed.

8. Product discussion must be balanced; unsupported therapeutic, regulatory or superiority claims may be removed.

9. Recording, screenshots or redistribution by attendees are prohibited unless expressly authorised.

10. DentalReach may edit titles or descriptions for clarity, request corrections, change the programme, or withdraw content that does not meet standards.

11. Certificates and CE credit apply only when explicitly offered and when stated attendance or assessment requirements are met.

12. Dates, speakers, sessions and services may change. Confirmed updates will be published on the official event page.

13. Registration data is processed for event delivery, safety, communication and administration in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Conference proposals are reviewed for:

• relevance to the 2027 audience and programme;

• clinical, educational or professional value;

• clarity and usefulness of learning outcomes;

• accuracy, quality of evidence and responsible treatment of uncertainty;

• originality without plagiarism or duplicate submission;

• ethical handling of patients, images, data and consent;

• balanced disclosure of products, commercial relationships and limitations;

• presenter credibility, communication quality and feasibility for the available format.

Reviewers may request revisions, evidence, consent confirmation or disclosure details. Conflicted reviewers should recuse themselves.
