Paper & Poster Presentation

One of the highlights of GeriaDent’24 is the paper and poster presentation segment. Researchers and practitioners are invited to present their latest findings related to geriatric dentistry. Guidelines for Paper Presentation :

1. Registration for the conference is mandatory for all presenters and co-presenters.
2. Each presentation may include one presenter and one co-presenter.
3. Recorded presentations must be submitted via the Zoom platform. The paper should not display the names of the presenters or their affiliated institutions and must be submitted separately using the link provided below.
4. Each participant will be allotted a maximum of 8 minutes for the presentation of their paper comprising 7 minutes for the recorded presentation and an additional 1 minute for any extra commentary.
5. Presenter and co- presenter must be present during the time of presentation and must login by their complete name, as to be included in the certificate.
6. Presentations must consist of original material that has not been previously presented at any other meeting. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.

7.All presenters and co-presenters will receive certificates of appreciation for their scientific presentations.

8. The deadline for submission of recorded presentations is October 5, 2024, at 5 PM.

Please note: The deadline has now been extended to October 12, 5 PM.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation :

1. Registration for the conference is mandatory for all presenters and co-presenters.
2. Each presentation may include one presenter and one co-presenter.
3. Recorded presentations must be submitted via the following link below, and should be created on the Zoom platform, with the first slide clearly displaying the presenter’s name.
4. Each participant will be allotted a maximum of 2 minutes for the presentation of their e-poster

5.Presenter and co- presenter must be present during the time of presentation of E-poster for the discussion with the judges, and must login by their complete name, as to be included in the certificate.

6. Presentations must contain original material that has not been previously presented at any other meeting.
7. All presenters and co-presenters will receive certificates of appreciation for their scientific contributions.
8. The deadline for submitting the recorded presentation is October 5, 2024, by 5 PM.
