Yeungnam International Dental Conference and Equipment Exhibition (YESDEX) 2023

The "Yeungnam International Dental Conference and Equipment Exhibition (YESDEX 2023)" is scheduled to take place from October 28th to 29th at the EXCO Convention Center in Daegu, Korea. Organized by the Daegu Dental Association and sponsored by the dental societies of Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, and Daegu, the event aims to showcase the latest advancements in the field of dentistry. To announce the preparations for YESDEX 2023, the organizing committee, supervised by the SIDEX 2023 committee, will hold its first organizing committee meeting and a press conference on May 27th at COEX in Seoul. The meeting will bring together around 40 committee members, including key figures such as Park Se-ho, President of the Daegu Dental Association and Chairman of YESDEX 2023, and Lee Ji-ho, Organizing Committee Chairman, along with representatives from other dental associations. The meeting will serve as a platform to outline the plans for the event. YESDEX 2023 marks the first occurrence of the event since the declaration of the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. Held at the EXCO Convention Center in Daegu, this year's conference is expected to provide a fresh and innovative experience for attendees. The international dental conference component will feature over 40 sessions, with renowned overseas speakers delivering presentations. Distinguished figures such as Professor Goldstein from New York University College of Dentistry and Professor Kim Yong-geon (YK.Kim), recognized for their expertise in periodontics and prosthodontics, have been invited to share their knowledge and insights. The conference will also include customized cultural lectures on investment strategies, golf lessons, and various events, including luxury car displays and the opportunity to win cutting-edge home appliances. The equipment exhibition, a significant aspect of YESDEX 2023, will showcase the offerings of 120 companies through 500 booths. Dental professionals attending the event will have the opportunity to explore the latest dental technologies, equipment, and products on display. Park Se-ho, President of the Daegu Dental Association, highlighted the transformations YESDEX has undergone since its inception in 2012, including exhibitions, academic lectures, poster presentations, and various cultural events. The goal for the 12th year of the event is to achieve successful hosting through cooperation with the agency, DEXCO, and to create the best results through collaborative efforts.
